RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

Return Policy

  1. When is a Return Applicable:
    A "Return" refers to the action of giving back the product purchased from Buildskill's website, under the following conditions:

    (a) A defective or damaged product was sent by Buildskill.
    (b) An incorrect product was dispatched by Buildskill.

  2. 30-Day Return Policy:
    We offer a 30-day Return Policy. You may return items within 30 days from the date of receiving them. To initiate a return, you are required to submit a return request with full order details within this 30-day period.

  3. Conditions for Return:
    Returns are only accepted if the product is undamaged, in its original packaging, and with all tags and labels intact. If the product is found to be used, damaged, or tampered with due to neglect or misuse, the return will not be accepted.

  4. Restocking Fee:
    If the product is returned without Buildskill being at fault, meaning the product was neither damaged nor incorrect, a restocking fee of 15% or Rs. 150, whichever is higher, will be deducted from the refund.

  5. Shipping Charges for Return:
    In cases where the company picks up the return, all shipping and handling charges will be borne by the customer.

  6. Return Process:
    All returns should be delivered by the customer to our warehouse. A refund will be processed only after the product has been received and assessed at our warehouse. Return shipping charges will be the responsibility of the customer.

  7. Special Terms During Sales/Promotions:
    Any special rules during sales or promotions may override this Return Policy.

Exchange Policy

  1. Definition of Exchange:
    An "Exchange" refers to the action of replacing a product purchased from Buildskill’s website in cases of:

    (a) A defective or damaged product was sent by Buildskill.
    (b) An incorrect product was dispatched by Buildskill.

  2. Exchange Process:
    Exchanges are processed in a similar manner as returns. You must submit an exchange request with full order details within 30 days of receiving the product.

  3. Conditions for Exchange:
    Exchanges are only applicable if the returned product is undamaged and unused, with all original tags, labels, and packaging intact.

  4. Shipping Charges for Exchange:
    Customers are responsible for return shipping charges. If the company is required to arrange the pickup, the shipping cost must be borne by the customer.

If you purchase a product from Buildskill and later find the same product available at a lower price on another e-commerce platform, you can claim a refund for the price difference. This claim must be supported by valid proof, and the difference will be refunded to you.
